What we move for dealerships

Inventory transfers

Between your lots, stores, and storage locations.

Delivery to your buyers

Sold vehicles, delivered from your lot to the customer.

Trade-ins and wholesale

Units bought out of state, delivered to your lot.

Auction pickups

Pickups and deliveries scheduled around release windows.

Single units or full loads

One vehicle or a multi-vehicle shipment.

Open or enclosed

Open for most inventory, enclosed for higher-value units.

Timing matters

Floor plan costs

Less time in transit means more time on your lot, ready to sell.

Auction pickup windows

Pickups planned around your window, with release details ready.

Customer delivery dates

Plans built around the date you've promised your buyer.

When a move runs on schedule, everything downstream runs smoother. We plan each move around your deadlines and keep you updated, so you always know where every unit stands.

How a dealer shipment works

  1. Send us the units

Tell us the pickup and delivery locations, the vehicles, and how soon they need to move.

  2. Get your quote

A transport specialist reviews the details and confirms pricing and expectations with you.

  3. We arrange the carrier

Pickup details, including auction release information, are coordinated with the carrier.

  4. Units delivered

You hear from us through delivery, and each unit is inspected at pickup and drop-off.

Built for repeat business

Dealerships rarely ship just once. We aim to be a dependable point of contact you can send the next unit to, with the same communication and the same process every time.

Dealer questions, answered

Can you pick up from auctions?

Yes. Auction pickups and deliveries are part of what we coordinate. Send us the release or gate-pass details as early as you can: auctions often set pickup deadlines and charge storage fees after a set period, and we'll plan around the window you have.

Can you move several vehicles at once?

Yes. We coordinate single units and multi-vehicle loads. Where possible, a group is handled as one shipment, so you deal with one contact.

Do you offer enclosed transport for higher-value units?

Yes. Most dealership inventory moves on open carriers, and enclosed transport is available when a unit calls for the extra protection.

What if a vehicle doesn't run?

Tell us up front. Non-running units typically need a carrier with a winch, and we'll arrange the right equipment. It can affect availability and price.

Are vehicles insured during transport?

Every shipment is insured against damage in transit. If you need coverage details for a specific unit, ask when you request your quote.

How do pricing and billing work?

Pricing is explained upfront, with no surprise fees. Billing and payment details are confirmed with your transport specialist when you request a quote.
